Welcome to the Lilian Schick Hot Lunch on-line system. Your LS Room Parent Association is excited to support this program. On this site, parents, teachers and school staff will be able to place hot lunch orders. Our May ordering system is now live!
Here's how to get started...
Click on "Click Here to Register"
Complete the rest of the registration form. (Including your email address will ensure you receive reminder emails about hot lunch order deadlines, and your child's hot lunch order for the upcoming week)
Click the "Register Now" button at the bottom
Click the "Students" button and then click "Add New". You will then enter your child’s name, and then you will be asked to choose their class. Once your child(ren) are registered, click on "Orders"
Proceed to order hot lunch for your child(ren)
Already Registered?
Enter your username and password. If you do not remember your username, please email lssrpa@gmail.com and we can look it up for you.
If you have a credit on your account, it will show when you click on orders or under Account Transactions. If you have questions or your credit is not showing, please email lssrpa@gmail.com and we will look into it.
Please ensure that you update your child(ren)'s current class. Click "Student", and in the student list, click "Edit".
Proceed to order hot lunch for your child(ren)
Online Payments:
We are ONLY accepting online payments for hot lunch and can offer two options:
We can accept online credit card payments through the Hot Lunches website and their provider - Bambora. Processing fees will apply for payments paid online through Bambora
E-Transfers – payments can be sent to lssrpa@gmail.com (please note there is 2 ‘s’ in the email address) – please ensure you put your child’s name and class in the message. If an e-transfer password is required, please use hotlunch (all one word – lowercase).
If you are not able to pay online - please email lssrpa@gmail.com and other arrangements can be discussed.
Absolutely no late orders will be accepted after due date.
The hot lunch online order system requires a small amount of setup time at the beginning as you must register each child you have attending our school prior to ordering hot lunch. Once the initial setup process is complete, your hot lunch orders for the remainder of the year should be quick and simple
Important Notes:
If your child(ren) is absent on the day he/she has ordered, no refunds will be given. It will be the parents responsibility to make arrangements for meal that is ordered.
In the event of bus cancellations (inclement weather) on a hot lunch day, no hot lunch will be served and a new date will be scheduled for all students that purchased.
If you choose not to participate in the hot lunch program for any reason and you have not provided a lunch for your child on a hot lunch day, your child will be sent to the office where they will follow normal protocol for this situation (which is a phone call to ask parents to bring a in a lunch for their child).
